We accept kids as young as 4 years old. The best time to start is when your child shows interest!

What if my child has never done Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before?

Perfect! Most of our students start with zero experience. We'll teach them everything from day one.


Will jiu jitsu make my child aggressive?

No – quite the opposite. BJJ teaches control, respect, and discipline. Confident kids don't need to be aggressive.


What should my child wear to their first class?

Comfortable athletic clothes (t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants). We'll provide everything else!
